Draw a picture of a rabbit and write 3 sentences about what you learned. Parents, please encourage your children to sound out words and to write the sounds they hear. This is how they learn to write. They have been learning to break apart words and should know many of their sight words without help.

Listen to "Me on the map" 5. Draw a map of your neighborhood. Include your house, playground, friends houses. 6. Interview a parent or grandparent. Ask about their childhood. Where did they go to school? Did they have a pet? What was their favorite toy? What did they like to do?Who were their friends? 7. Go outside and do a scavenger hunt!
